Banquets

This is an on-call position; number of hours per week will vary. Previous serving experience preferred but not required. Must be available weekends. Position requires a Maricopa County Food Handlers card within 2 weeks of hire date.

Full-time & Part-time PM positions, days off will vary and may involve late hours. Responsibilities include setting up furniture and equipment in rooms for functions according to Event Orders and/or diagrams. Position requires lifting, standing, walking, pushing, pulling and carrying.

This is a part-time evening shift position.  Must be at least 19 years of age.  Previous bartending, customer service and cash handling experience required.  Must have/obtain a Maricopa Food Handlers card within 2 weeks of hire date.  Weekends and holidays are required.

Catering

Full-time management position. Flexible working schedule. Need strong communication and sales skills. Solicits, responds to inquiries and coordinates local corporate meetings and social functions. Prefer hotel sales catering and or food and beverage operations experience.

Culinary

Full-time PM position, days off will vary, weekends and holidays are required. Previous culinary experience is required. Knowledge of soups, stocks and sauces preferred. Will also need to have a Maricopa County Food Handlers card within 2 weeks off hire date.

Engineering

Full-time salaried, Executive Committee position. Responsible for operation, repair & maintenance of building, machinery & equipment. Hire, train, and supervise maintenance engineers. Implement Safety, Security, Fire control & work order systems. Must be able to read and comprehend blue prints. Previous hotel experience preferred. At least 3 years building maintenance experience required.

Full-time AM/PM position.Responsible for operation, repair and maintenance or building, machinery and equipment; executes guestroom calls, and participates in the preventative maintenance program.  Need basic knowledge of dry wall, painitng,  and general maintaince. Specialized knowledge in one or more of the following fields: electrical, mechanical, welding, sound, laundry and kitchen equipment.

Full-time AM position. Responsible for operation, repair and maintenance or building, machinery and equipment; executes guestroom calls, and participates in the preventative maintenance program. Need basic knowledge of shop and hand tools, safety, first aid and specialized knowledge in one or more of the following fields: electrical, mechanical, welding, sound, laundry and kitchen equipment.

Housekeeping

Room
Attendant

Full-time AM position, 9:00a - 5:30p (10:00a – 6:30p during high occupancy) and days off will vary. Weekends and holidays are required. Must be able to push, carry, and lift up to 25lbs. Responsibilities include cleaning 17-19 rooms per day.

Lobby Attendant

Full-time AM/PM position, days off will vary. Weekends and holidays are required. Must be physically able to push, carry and lift. Responsibilities include cleaning atrium, lobby, public restrooms and offices.

Laundry
Attendant

$7.50

Full-time PM position, days off will vary. Weekends and holidays are required. Responsible for cleaning, folding and pressing ALL hotel linen.

Care-team

$7.75

Full-time AM position, days off will vary; weekends and holidays are included. Must be physically able to push, carry and lift. Responsibilities include deep cleaning rooms,carpets , removing trash, transporting linen to and from laundry, etc.

Reservations

Full-time AM position. Responsibilities include handle ling incoming reservations calls with efficiency and professionalism, be able to make reservations, cancellations and answer questions on rates, hotel facilities, services and special promotions. This position requires On Q experience if preferred.

Room Service

Full-time AM position. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Need to be at least 19 to work the PM shift. Must have/obtain a Maricopa County Food Handlers card within 2 weeks of hire date. Responsibilities include taking guest food orders via phone, preparing tray, delivering meal and bussing trays from floors.

Sales

Full-time management position. Flexible working schedule. Need strong communication and sales skills. Solicits, responds to inquiries and coordinates local corporate meetings and social functions.  Prefer hotel sales catering and or food and beverage operations experience.

Zuni Grill

Flexible schedule; must be available to work AM and PM shifts, weekends and holidays are included. Position requires a Maricopa County Food Handlers card within 2 weeks of hire date. Also must be at least 19 years of age. Previous experience preferred.
